MSH Services, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. MSH Services, Inc. will supply buyer replacement merchandise on parts found to be defective upon MSH Services, Inc. inspection. Freight charges to be paid by the buyer. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness. MSH Services, Inc. shall not be liable for claims based on breech of warranty of negligence or any other damages including consequential, contingent or incidental damages. Warranty does not apply if the product is altered or modified in any way after delivery by MSH Services, Inc.
